Last Saturday, there were three big events happening in campus; Cyberfusion, CPA talk & SWIMMING CARNIVAL!! TRIPPLE KILL!! Yeah and attented three of them, well.. partially only.. CPA talk: I went to register (just for the sake of the 3 bonus marks for Auditing subject) and off I go to Swimming Carnival =.= Cyberfusion: Went to check out Cyberfusion held at the grand hall when I was having a lunch break from the Swimming Carnival. Basically, I was at the Swimming Carnival most of the time as a photographer. I would say it was the one of the easiest job during the whole carnival (I think Kevin was having an easy job too as a DJ). Anyways, I started taking photos around 8am when some of us were just arriving at the pool.
Shortly I went off to the CPA talk to register and went back to the carnival. As soon as I reach the pool, the instructor was already giving instructions and rules for competition.
Participants slowly arrived around 10 and started registering at the registration booth just outside of the entrance stadium.
Once everyone was there, we had a small ice-breaking game before officiating the event.
These are the participants for the ice-breaking session, they played that game with the fish, duck, gorilla, and a tree thinga magic… Then, some little kids started swimming to officiate the the swimming carnival event.
Then all the participant went into the pool for warm up session.
After the warm up session is over, the competition starts and I, take more photos :p
About 1pm, we had lucky draw session before having a lunch break.
After the lucky draw, I head off to the Grand Hall to meet up with Wenn Yit, Michele, and Ai Lin to check out the Cyberfusion. Forgot to bring my camera along to the Grand Hall so no photos were taken for that event… sorry. About 1.30pm, I sent the girls back to the hostel and I drove off back to the Swimming Carnival and snap more photos.
I went up to the audio room to check out on Kevin, the Dj of the event and he seems to be enjoying his job i guise.
As the event is on the run so does the sky.
We manage to beat the heavy rain and lightning though the rain started pouring during the last few heats.
While waiting for the results, we had a small competition kinda forgot what the game is called, to be dress up with the most creative with some awkward cloths prepared for the participants. There were four participants called up.
These four participants were help by their campus mates to help them get fashion up uniquely.
The two finalist were the ones at the far end (left and right) of the picture. Then we took a group picture with almost everyone.
We then anounce the results and gave out the medals to the winners. Overall, Taylors College won with the most gold.
Once everyone was gone, we took a High committee and Working comm. photo, but somehow someone manage to destroy the whole picture… sigh~
