A one day trip

Last Sunday, Wen Mei and I decided to go down to Malacca for a one day trip. Basically we were both dying of boredom in Cyberjaya and I just thought, why not just go somewhere for a day which was Malacca and so I ask Wen Mei to tag along. We started our journey from campus at around 11am. Drove back home first to get some stuff and straight we head down to Malacca. About 1pm plus we reach our destination. We walk around Jonker Street then to the Stadthuys.

Then we headed up to the St. Paul’s Church. We stop half way up there to take a shot of the scenery. It was quite windy too.

After visiting St. Paul’s Church, we headed down to A’Famosa.

Then we went to the Taming Sari tower. The scenary of the Malacca was great from up the tower. Instead of taking the scenary from above, I took a photo of us.

After visiting the tower we headed to the replica Portugese warship and back to Jonker Street, met Eric Khoo and his family there which was a suprise. After rounding around Jonker, we had nothing else to do so we headed to MMU Malacca campus for awhile. Then we head back to Jonker to get a decent dinner but failed to, so we head just had Burger Kings and head back home to Cyberjaya.

PC Fair

Last Sunday, Jon and I went to the PC fair held in KLCC to check out some stuff. Basically it was almost like the previous one which I went early this year. This time I went there with a motive that is snapping photos of hot models. Unfortunately my radar is not working somehow that day, maybe due to honesty towards somebody or some still in love kinda crap thingi.. So I only manage to snap a few of the models only. Hmmmm, I think I’ll categorise them as “Which Hot Chicks you wanna be with?”. Here are the top five :)

Registration Week

Sorry for the massive late updates due to laziness and most of all busy with campus stuff. MMU Cyberjaya had its registration week early this month at the Indoor Stadium beside the Central Food Court.  I went to help set up the FOMS booth on Sunday.

The next day, I came in the morning and help out at the FOMS booth again and a started walking around checking out the other clubs and societies.

Basically, the registration week went well, join a few clubs and got some very high commitment. Hopefully I can manage my time well especially my studies. Oh btw, saw Vinod (a freshy I met during the previous Orientation Week) wondering around outside campus and decided to tour him around in the indoor stadium.

FOMS Prom Night; A walk to remember

Its been a very long long while since I last updated my blog due to massive exams. Now that I’m having my holidays I’ll try to update ASAP.

Yeah is one day to remember, I had both worst day and best day of my life at the same day. At first, I wasn’t ready for the prom night at all. I had no T-shirt to wear and my shoes were in bad condition. Not to mention I had no money in my Maybank  and even before I wanted to ask my dad for some money, he went off to work. So I emergently use my took out money from my ASNB account. I went off to KL to get my stuff around 12.30pm. And went i reach there it was just time to do Friday prayers. After that I waited for my turn in the ANSB for about an hour plus.. The next thing i know, i waited for the wrong queue… Luckily, the person in the counter was kind enough to take out my money. At about 3.30pm, I went off to the shoping mall I am familiar with, KLCC. When I was about to reach there, Jon called me telling me about Wenn Yit has to leave the salon at around 4.30pm if not mistaken. I somehow went angry with that statement and told Jon to ask her to follow the car that they whole bunch of gang who went to the salon at Sri Kembangan, but he didn’t understand and gave his phone to Jain to talk to me. I went even angrier as I was driving and told Jain off that I can’t make it in time to send Wenn Yit in a pissed way. I apologise for that Jain. I had my first last minute shopping in my life and it felt efficient and good somehow. Oh btw, I spent RM 365 on a pair of Valentino Rudy shoes and RM 110 shirt from Padini =.=

I went back home speeding and as soon as I got back, I got myself reading as fast as I can and head off to campus. I drove like a mad man that day @@. Once I reach Cyberia to pick up Yih Khai and Wai Kit, I forgot one more thing I left at home… the prom night ticket. My head went F*CK!!!!!! At that moment I felt like sending them both to Sunway and head back home straight and go to sleep. I felt my day was f*ck upside down. Yih Khai called Wenn Yit about my situation and luckily I was able to go to the prom night without the ticket. So we head off to the salon since the others are still there.

Once we arrived at the salon, I couldn’t bother much about everyone there, trying to clear my mind off those miserable moments of my life. When Wenn Yit was ready to leave, we head off to Sunway. When we arrived, I started taking some photos.

Once the VIPs arrived, there was a speech from the Event Director and the guest of honour and after the speech the opening ceremony begins and dinner is served.

While we were being served, there was live band performance. Bob’s band was the first to perform, I have to say it was a great performance by them.

While the second band was performing everyone started taking pictures with each other and so we did take a group photo of our table.

Then there was the Malaysian Dreamgirl runway performance, Ming was among the only picture I manage to take nicely. Sadly she didn’t win the Malaysian Dreamgirl 2 which I predicted Jaunita won cause she really has the most potiential among all though to me she looks not the most prettiest. After the runway performance, everyone from my table went to take photo with one of our lecturer Mr Azmir.

Then came the moment where they announce the nominee’s for the Prom King & Queen to go on the stage.

Each nominee’s were eliminated one by one and I’ll just cut to the point who won.

My head went “wtf!! I won?!!?”. I couldn’t believe that I could win for Prom King. I guise I have to thank everyone for their support and votes for choosing me as Prom King. I had to dance with the Prom Queen to start the dance floor too. It was fun :)

Slowly everyone starts dancing at the dance floor. After dancing with the Prom Queen, I headed off to take more photos other friends.

Then some of us went off clubbing at Euphoria and some of went to take photos at the baby grand piano.

After taking photos, we went back home to Cyberia. Everyone had a wonderful night and sure its one night to remember.
